The Platform Ownerâs total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for using the Services giving rise to the cause of action or âš100 (Rupees One Hundred), whichever is less.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, or technical failures.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
