Open Box Delivery
While we at Sneaker Studio have no issues with open box deliveries, please understand that courier companies generally do not permit this practice. This policy varies across cities, as parcels often pass through different courier offices before reaching their final destination. This is done to minimize the risk of theft and prevent fraudulent activities.

We want to assure you that we take every precaution to ensure you receive the correct product. However, if you still have concerns upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
